Glitter Challenge

About a month ago, I had the idea of challenging my Instagram community to create art using glitter. I said I would commit to sharing the projects of those that participated in the glitter challenge by blogging about them and pinning images from the creators' sites.

Here is the first submission from Amy Hanen of Amy Frances Photography and Malori Maeva of Hoot and Holler. They collaborated and included some of their friends, Taylor and Kristina. I LOOOOVE what they created.

It was exactly one year ago that I helped style Promise Tangeman for a photo shoot with Epiphanie Bags. It was SOOO much fun, and I'm happy to share that starting this week I will be regularly sharing some fashion insight each Monday on Epiphanie's blog. Being a blogger, it goes without saying that I follow many other blogs for my daily fix of  creativity. I thought I would share some of my favorites, so you can follow them too. I follow over a 100 different blogs, so I'll give you three right now and share others as the weeks go by. =)

Behind the Seams - If you love DIY fashion projects. This is a great blog! She also posts daily inspiring outfits.

Jak & Jil - If you love photography, then you should follow this fashion photographer that captures models off the runway. You'll always find great pictures of handbags and shoes. =)

Ban.Do

I saw this hair accessory company on another blog, Oh Joy!, and I thought I'd share it with you guys. They make some pretty incredible pieces. In general, I think they are over priced, but you can get some great ideas from Ban.Do. Ban.Do was started by two California stylists, Jen and Jamie. They began creating one-of-a-kind, vintage pieces, but now that they've become more popular their accessories are "vintage inspired." Check 'em out! Got any favorites? Too much for you?
